Worker Service Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply to all workers registered on our platform regarding service cancellation:

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If any worker wants to cancel a service, it must be done before the work starts.

2. Cancellation or Delay After Work Start

If, for any reason, a worker wants to cancel or delay the work after the scheduled time, the worker must inform both the company and the customer immediately.

3. Approval Requirement

The worker can cancel or delay the service only after receiving approval from both the company and the customer. Without approval, cancellation or delay will not be allowed.

4. Unauthorized Cancellation

If a worker cancels or delays the service without permission from the company and the customer, it will be considered a violation of company rules.

5. Action for Rule Violation

In such cases, the company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and impose penalties according to company rules.

6. Final Decision

In all matters related to service cancellation or delay, the company’s decision will be final and binding.
