Service Cancellation Policy By Customer

Our company respects the time and convenience of both customers and workers. Therefore, the following rules apply for service cancellation:

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a customer wants to cancel a service, it must be done before the worker starts the work.

2. Cancellation After Work Starts

If the customer wants to cancel the service after the worker has arrived or after the work has started, the customer must inform the company first.

3. Company Approval Required

The service can be cancelled only after receiving approval from the company. Cancellation without company permission will not be considered valid.

4. Charges for Time and Effort

If the worker’s time, travel, or any work effort has already been involved, the customer must pay the charges determined by the company. Only after that will the service be considered cancelled.

5. Violation of Rules

If a customer cancels the service without company approval or violates the rules, the company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and charge a penalty if required.

6. Final Decision

In all matters related to service cancellation, the company’s decision will be final and binding.
